After the fruity sweetness, the umami flavor comes in quickly and flows easily. The last time it was a draft sake, but this time it is hi-ire, which makes it a little easier to drink. I would like to enjoy the change in taste next time, so I would like to take some home with me this time.

It has a full body, but is easy to drink with a clean aftertaste. Even though it is junmai (pure rice), it has little bitterness, making it a perfect summer sake. I was surprised to find a sake brewery in Akashi, and in Uozumi. It is understandable why one would naturally think that sake goes well with seafood. I think I'll take the train to visit there next time.

Slightly thickened, with a pineapple aroma, but with a watery, clean aftertaste. The logo, which looks like it could have been from the Meiji era, contrasts with the pop wallpaper-like label, which is stylish. Since I still have only a vague idea of what Omachi is supposed to taste like, I wondered if it would be okay to try a sake rice bind.

There is no cloying taste at all, and it goes in smoothly, with a bit of sweetness and sourness. Since it has a light flavor, it is recommended to be served with a light meal. I thought the name was stylish, but it refers to the sake rice developed by the company. I thought to myself, "A company that takes on challenges has a lot of energy.

The sweetness flows smoothly without being bothersome. It is the perfect thirst-quenching sensation for this season. Sasashigure seems to go well with summer sake. I am also interested in Suzukaze on the other hand. The label looks a bit strange, but what does it represent?

The sweetness comes on quickly, but it quickly recedes and flows smoothly. For a low-polished rice, there is little cloying taste and good umami. The label, which is also typical of the 100th anniversary, depicts the wild waves of a Japanese painting, which fits the brewery's image perfectly.

The flavor and richness are well balanced and flow smoothly. I was surprised to see it come out wrapped in newspaper. The label is also written in a vigorous style and conveys a sense of passion. I guess the brewery is honest enough to write "Toyama Prefecture What a Agricultural Cooperative 100% Ihyakumangoku" directly on the label. There are many sake breweries in Aichi Prefecture that I would like to try, so I must explore the area.

The flavor and sweetness of the rice seems to flow quickly. The rice flavor is more pronounced than the Umenoyado Unfeigned Sake Dry that we had earlier, as it is labeled "mellow. It has been a long time since I have tasted a sake from my hometown, Hyogo. It was No. 1 in the Hyogo July ranking. I often see it at liquor stores but have been putting it off, so I'd like to try the regular product next time.

It has a little bit of sweetness, but it goes in smoothly. I didn't know it was a junmai sake, but it went down smoothly without any cloying taste, so I think it is a perfect first drink for this season. Umenoyado was at Kobe Hankyu the other day, but they don't sell the Un series at department store events featuring the brewery. It is only available online or wholesale, so I might be a little happy when I see it.

Yoohee-san, good evening! I don't know if Umenoyado's Un series is in stock right now, but Edion in Namba is carrying it.
