It has a full body, but is easy to drink with a clean aftertaste.
Even though it is junmai (pure rice), it has little bitterness, making it a perfect summer sake.
I was surprised to find a sake brewery in Akashi, and in Uozumi.
It is understandable why one would naturally think that sake goes well with seafood.
I think I'll take the train to visit there next time.
