Timeline
関山関山の辛口 ばんけい温泉 湯人家(ゆのとや)本醸造生酒 しんしんSYWe stayed at a hot spring hotel in Oku-Toya!
They have a variety of sake!
This sake is named after the inn.
A little dry!
A little dry.
It's fresh because it's unpasteurized!
The food is amazing!
We were told that Genghis Khan was recommended, so we had lots of meat and vegetables!
And we drank a bottle!
For lunch, we had a lunch menu at Fukurokuju, which we couldn't go to at night!
Next week? We will go to Fukurokuju!
And today, I made my debut in Musashikosugi 🌉🍶!

Sake with wanko soba is the best!
The sake is rather tasty, and the soba seems to wash the sake right out of your mouth!
In any case, there is no doubt that soba and sake go well together!
I would like to wear it after I retire!
I'm not quite ready to retire yet... ポンちゃんGood evening, Nobu Nobu-san.
The first building was Konjikido, wasn't it? I love buildings but I didn't know that 💦Thanks for your hard work to go so far 😊You can drink while eating wanko soba 😳. えりりんNobu Nobu-san konbanhar (o´Ω`o)no~~~
Don't say "after retirement", come again. ☺️
I'm good at making wanko soba.
I'm a resident of the prefecture, but there are many things I don't know about it, so your review is a great learning experience 😊. 遥瑛チチGood morning, Nobu Nobu 😃.
I see you went to Hiraizumi, I love it!
I guess you are so cornered by the wanko soba and sake 🍶 that you don't have time to taste the sake 😁. のぶのぶGood evening, Mr. Pon-chan.
Mr. Pon-chan, you like buildings, don't you?
I also like buildings that are rooted in the land, don't you?
I'm not the type to have my soba poured for me, so I took my time and enjoyed it 😃. のぶのぶEririn, you are from Tohoku, aren't you?
From a Tohoku and Kansai person's point of view, the sake, food, castles, and railroads are all very attractive!
I envy you.
I will check in when I visit Tohoku again! のぶのぶHaruei Chichi
In Hiraizumi, wanko soba is served on a tray, so you can eat it slowly.
Drinking sake in front of the soba is the chicest way to enjoy soba in the Edo period...
Soba and sake go well together!
I recommend it! オゼミ2023 0923

Ichinoseki City, Iwate Prefecture くぅSekiyama Junmai Ginjo is Ryoban Shuzo's flagship product.
The sake rice "Ginga", yeast, and koji are all produced in Iwate Prefecture.
The moromi is fermented at a low temperature for a long time to bring out its elegant aroma.
The taste of rice spreads in your mouth and leaves a refreshing aftertaste.
Food that goes well with this sake
It goes well with lightly seasoned dishes such as white fish sashimi, tempura, and tofu. (From Ryoban Shuzo's website)
This is a bottle that was given to him.
It is described as having a graceful aroma, but the aroma was light and came through very clearly. The refreshing taste is like water down the throat. It was like drinking water with a refreshing taste! It was like drinking rice water!
It would go very well with white fish. I drank too much. おっくんYunokou is a sake rice produced to be the best in Iwate. Various sake breweries in Iwate Prefecture brew sake using this rice.
Since I came to Iwate to run the 100 km marathon, I thought it would be a good idea to buy a sake unique to Iwate for my post-marathon dinner.
The sake I bought was made by Ryoban Sake Brewery, and when drunk cold, the sweetness stands out and it is very easy to drink without bitterness.
I'm going to get drunk soon because I'm tired as expected 😱. Y.TokushigeSourness and rice flavor. When warmed to lukewarm, the alcohol made me swoon, so it was better served cold (room temperature) for a better balance.

Perfect for a cold day like today! つとむThe sweetness of the rice and the aroma of the alcohol.
You can really feel the presence of sake!
NachRefreshing. Light and refreshing.
