Shimane Local Sake Fair Osaka ⑬
This was my first visit to Kimpo Sake Brewery.
It was the last stage of the fair, but I drank a lot of sake because it was my first time to see it.
I tasted the following
Honjozo Herun
Special Junmai Hern
Junmai Ginjo Hern
Daiginjo Kinpo
Junmai Ginjo Kinpo
Hern" is said to be the nickname of Koizumi Yakumo.
Overall, I got the impression that it was light, fruity, and dry.
I think I liked the Junmai Ginjo the best.
I said I would drink all of them from the left, but I left in the middle of the bottle.
I'd like to try them all again.
I'm not sure if Moriwaki Sake Shop in Awaza is really carrying it 🤔.
They have an Instagram, but it's not very active, so I guess I'll have to check with the store directly.
