The third sake I bought on my trip to Aomori 🍶.
This is not Aomori sake, but I found Miyakanbai, which is not available in our neighborhood, so I bought it!
The aroma is so fruity that I want to feel it all the time! It smells so good!
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the rice in the mild fruity flavor!
The synergy of moderate acidity and bitterness gives it a deep flavor.
The finish is not a quick one, but the lingering aftertaste that lingers for a little while is very characteristic. The sweet aroma lingering on the nose and the moist fruit and rice feeling lingering on the tongue. I wonder if this is the skill of hiyaoroshi.
This is a wonderful sake. I am very proud of you, Miyakanbai! Hats off to you!
