Traveled to Aomori Prefecture ✈️
Unfortunately, the weather was unfavorable, but we had a good time!
We started our shopping at Jizakean Sato in Aomori city.
I was disappointed that they didn't have Tasake, but I got Toyobai! I've been longing to visit this brewery!
Aromas of sweet and sour citrus and lychee. It has a very fruity aroma.
When I put it in my mouth, wow!
There is no gassy feeling, but the aroma and sweet-sourness that spreads quickly in the mouth will become addictive.
The texture on the tongue is smooth and clean. The finish is also excellent.
The end result is an aroma that lingers slightly on the nose.
The taste and aroma make it hard to believe that it is made only from rice and koji!
Toyobai, I should have bought another bottle 😢.
