At my favorite liquor store.
Abe, Takachiyo, and Brewing Forest were introduced to me
sake shop, and introduced me to a distinctive junmai sake
and this is the one I tried.
The first taste on the palate is sourness, but it has a refreshing lemon-like fruitiness.

It is a refreshing sake with a refreshing fruitiness like lemon.
It is a bit dry and you can taste the umami of the rice.
The sweetness and the refreshing taste are also felt at the end, and the No. 4 bottle is going to run out soon.

Tonight I will enjoy it with sashimi, edamame (green soybeans), and ume jellyfish.
