My favorite seasonal sake from Tasake ✨
Junmai Ginjo Comet 🌠.
The aroma is milder than the special junmai.
The sweetness and umami of the rice in the first sip is more noticeable.
I also sense a bit of green apple-like ginjo aroma.
The aftertaste is lingering and clean.
I thought it would be good with fish, so I paired it with sashimi tonight.

I think rice wine is delicious after all.
Different types of rice have different flavors.
The taste of sake is different depending on the type of rice.
