Purchased when I visited the Sogen brewery in Ishikawa Prefecture. This sake is limited to the brewery, so it must be a very rare sake! It is a classic sake with a dry mouthfeel. It is a classic sake, and while it has a sweetness, it also has a dryness that makes you feel hot, and as a whole, it is a well-rounded sake. If you want to taste the umami of the rice, I would say by all means, but it was a little disappointing that it was made from Yamada Nishiki. But it was good, so it's okay.

Yamadanishiki, Polishing ratio 50%. Buy at Seven-Eleven The price is a little expensive at a little over 2,500 yen, but the aroma and taste are well balanced, and it is more of a classic sake. It is delicious. As a classic sake, you can fully enjoy the sweetness of the rice. It is a textbook Yamada-Nishiki sake, as it seems to have been made with great care. I recommend it.

Purchased as it was selected by AI at the Meishu Center. It was refreshingly light and dry, and gave me the impression of a food sake that can be easily purchased. I don't think I will repeat this purchase because it is sold everywhere.

Purchased the last bottle at the liquor store This was the first time I had So-no-Kangiku, a new release from the Popular Sake Brewery. In a word, it was juicy. It was sweet like a mixed juice, with a slight carbonation to offset the sweetness, giving it a refreshing impression, but it had a spiciness that got hotter and hotter as it went down my throat. The speed at which the bubbles rose suggests that it is a slightly viscous sake, but it was a devilishly delicious sake that I could gobble down as an after-dinner drink. If you like sweet sake, this would be a good match for you.

Purchased at a liquor store in Saitama It became clear that I don't like sake in its raw state. I had high expectations for this sake because it was produced by an agricultural highlander, but it had a fresh bitter taste that was a little difficult for me to enjoy!

Purchased at a liquor store in Saitama, and my first time venting. The drink was recommended to me by the liquor store as easy to drink, but I found it quite beer-like carbonation and more bitter than sweet, which didn't suit the cost-effectiveness of the gassiness (it took me about 10 minutes). I was a little disappointed because the classic feel of the sake didn't suit me, and if you don't like gassiness, it may not be for you.

I don't think "cospa" is the right word, but it tastes so good that I feel it is the best cospa! The aroma is fruity and bright, and the taste of fruit (muscat and pineapple) is very pleasant. (Muscat and pineapple), and leaves a dryness that makes your throat hot. The price was so low that I didn't feel guilty about it, but instead, I drank too much of it, even though I felt a headache.

Purchased the day before at a liquor store in Saitama, Japan. It was fresh, easy to drink, and had a characteristic beer-like carbonation at the top. I am not a fan of carbonated alcohol, so it was a little difficult to drink, but after the gas was gone, I thought it was sweet and aromatic. There are more in the Kaze no Mori series, so I don't think I will repeat this one, but I could sort of understand why it is so popular!

When just opened, it was a delicious sake, with a tangy aroma on the nose and a rich, sweet, muscat-like flavor, which became very hot as it passed down the throat.
