Abe-chan Limited Edition Sake Refreshing sake with outstanding sweetness and acidity Aroma: A lactic acid aroma like yoghurt, and perhaps because of the name, the aroma of koji (I don't know if there is such a thing). Taste: Refreshing sourness and sweetness after a very slight carbonation. A yoghurt with koji. Aftertaste: Refreshing sourness followed by a lingering tingle from the carbonation. Easy to drink, refreshing Nabechan. I wonder if people who like yogurt would like this kind of drink? I thought so!

Mellow and flavorful sake! I've had at least 4 bottles of this this year alone! 😆 Just a slight musty smell in the nose that bothers me. Aroma: A little bit of lactic acidity (yoghurt and muscat) and a little bit of a musty smell Taste: The moment it hits your tongue, you can feel a sense of calmness and the umami of Hiyaoroshi. Then there is a slight sweetness, sourness and a little bitterness. Aftertaste: When the bitterness leaves the nose, there is a slight musty smell. There is a slight smell that bothers me, but I can't get enough of this mellow feeling of hiyaoroshi! 🍁 Delicious!

I knew it was good Abe-chan😋. Shinsei No.6 I feel like an R-type (I haven't had X or S yet!) Aroma: Gentle rice aroma with a hint of lactic acid in the background. Taste: like a muscat with a little yogurt. Very light carbonation and then a little bitterness. Aftertaste: A slight alcohol feeling escapes from the nose. I think it has a taste similar to the Shinsei No.6 R-type I drank recently. As I'm the one who can easily get Abe-chan, I have to say that Abe-chan is the best! I can only say 😆.

My first Shinsei! The famous Shinsei! 😆 ... I chose the R-type because it's the most basic Shinsei, according to the sake shop. The hurdle has been raised to the highest level. 😍 Aroma: A hint of rice. Lactic acid scent? It's like a well suppressed sour wood bond kind of aroma that's common. Not so much. Taste: In the mouth, it has a refreshing sourness and a very slight carbonation. The sweetness and sourness are very good, without being too muscat-like. Aftertaste: The sweetness and sourness are quickly dissipated by a clear bitterness. General comment: No harsh sour aroma, refreshing and easy to drink 😆. It's a shame we couldn't get over the hurdle, but that's our fault😢.

A delicious sake that you can continue to drink easily! Aroma: Soft lactic acid aroma with a slight sourness and a wood bond-like aroma. Taste: From the moment it sits on the tongue, there is something round (umami?). And you can feel the soft sourness. It's so easy to drink! I can keep drinking it with ease! Aftertaste: A little sweetness and sourness disappear quickly, and the next sip is encouraged by the mysterious aftertaste. This is a badass sake that you can't stop drinking!

You can feel more rice flavor and acidity of lactic acid than standard Junmai, and it is a must-see sake for Abe fans. Aroma: The lactic acid aroma is stronger than the usual Abe-chan? Sour muscat and yoghurt. Taste: In the mouth, you can feel more of the rice flavor than in the standard Abe-junmai. It also has a sour sweetness like yoghurt. Aftertaste: The sweetness and sourness go away from the nose. As expected of Abe-chan. Delicious!

Kuheiji-san, lukewarm. Soft and pleasant, I could drink it all day, but I don't think I could explain it well😢. It just makes me realize my lack of vocabulary 😣 Aroma: Faintly rounded sour chemical smell (I'm assuming this is the semedyne smell for the uninitiated, sorry if I'm wrong) Taste: It's very soft on the palate, probably because the temperature is slightly higher than body temperature. Just like the aroma, I felt something round and hit, and then a slight sourness. Aftertaste: There is something soft in the mouth all the time, and the sourness is felt little by little. There is also a touch of bitterness. The acidity comes to the fore when it is a little cooler than lukewarm. Note: The liquor store I bought it from recommended a lukewarm temperature of about 40 degrees, so that's what I drank it at when I reviewed it, but I think I prefer it one step higher. I'm sure I'll end up drinking too much of this soon. Have a drunken night everyone!

It has a slightly sour aroma with a slight carbonation. My favorite sake with a soft rice sweetness and umami taste. Aroma: Slightly sour Taste: As soon as you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sourness on the tip of your tongue and a slight carbonation around the middle of your tongue. From the back of the mouth, the soft sweetness of the rice envelops the sourness. A soft gradation of sweetness and umami is felt. Aftertaste: A little bitterness after the soft taste of rice. The soft sweetness of the rice seems to go away from the nose.

Muscat aroma, lactic acidity, light acidity, delicious sake that can be drunk easily. Aroma: Soft and sour aroma (lactic acid?) It is similar to Muscat. Taste: Soft and beautiful sweetness with a light sourness, and a sourness that goes through the nose. Aftertaste: soft sourness from the muscat, sharp and short aftertaste Easy to drink sake that you can't imagine from the eccentric label.

Well-balanced, easy drinking sake. Can't find a reason to stop. Aroma: Mild, but not muscat, more like a slightly sour lactic acid? Semedyne-like chemical smell. Taste: the first sip is a bit sour, but not after the second sip. After the soft sourness, there is a sweetness, and a well-balanced umami taste in the nose. Aftertaste: The subtle sweetness and the umami taste that pass through the nose disappear quickly and beautifully. A beautiful easy drinking sake. Give me a reason to stop drinking it!

Delicious sake with a soft rice flavor. Aroma: Light aroma with a hint of rice. Taste: A slight fizzy sensation at first. When you swallow it, you can feel the juiciness and the gentle sweetness and flavor of the rice from the nose. Aftertaste: The flavor of the rice leaves a lingering taste of "Abe" in the nostrils while retaining the alcohol.

Gentle, fluffy sake that never gets old. Aroma: Rather than fruity, it has a relatively sour chemical smell like cemedine. Taste: Soft sweetness and deliciousness spreads in the mouth. It is sober but unstoppable. Aftertaste: The soft flavors in the mouth continue to connect. I can't wait for the next sip!
