Abe-chan Limited Edition Sake
Refreshing sake with outstanding sweetness and acidity
Aroma: A lactic acid aroma like yoghurt, and perhaps because of the name, the aroma of koji (I don't know if there is such a thing).
Taste: Refreshing sourness and sweetness after a very slight carbonation. A yoghurt with koji.
Aftertaste: Refreshing sourness followed by a lingering tingle from the carbonation.
Easy to drink, refreshing Nabechan.
I wonder if people who like yogurt would like this kind of drink? I thought so!
