酔園砂
Kuheiji-san, lukewarm.
Soft and pleasant, I could drink it all day, but I don't think I could explain it well😢.
It just makes me realize my lack of vocabulary 😣
Aroma: Faintly rounded sour chemical smell (I'm assuming this is the semedyne smell for the uninitiated, sorry if I'm wrong)
Taste: It's very soft on the palate, probably because the temperature is slightly higher than body temperature. Just like the aroma, I felt something round and hit, and then a slight sourness.
Aftertaste: There is something soft in the mouth all the time, and the sourness is felt little by little. There is also a touch of bitterness.
The acidity comes to the fore when it is a little cooler than lukewarm.
Note: The liquor store I bought it from recommended a lukewarm temperature of about 40 degrees, so that's what I drank it at when I reviewed it, but I think I prefer it one step higher.
I'm sure I'll end up drinking too much of this soon.
Have a drunken night everyone!
