The sake that was converted for me because my miles were about to expire! I wanted to try it because it was on TV before, Wa no Tsuki. No, it's delicious! The aroma at first shot makes me feel like it's a Junmai Daiginjo! Of course it tastes great too! We chill it well and drink it gulp by gulp. LOL!

By using white koji, they aimed to make a sour sake like in the Edo period. The aroma is something I've never experienced. Is this the white koji? I don't know. The sourness is amazing! I'll have it with oily fish! Today it's horse mackerel!

This sake is said to be made by tank-tanking ordinary sake using the Fune (Sase) method, which is generally used for Ginjo sake. It has a mouthfeel and aroma that you wouldn't expect from a regular sake! Shitaizumi is delicious!

I asked my master to recommend a Shizuoka sake that goes well with tuna and he told me Suginishiki! He told me that most of Shizuoka's sake are sweet and lose out to the tuna. He told me that most of the Shizuoka sake is too sweet to go well with tuna but it is the best among the local sake! He also told me it was good hot, but I regretted drinking it cold... lol!

Second Kamoshiki of the day! I think it has more of a slight fizziness than the previous one. A fresh sake for summer! I think even people who don't like sake can enjoy it! I've never heard of Kamonishiki before, but it's so good!
