子供の頃、お正月にお神酒を飲む風習がうちにあって、子供ながら日本酒って美味しいなと思っていました。でも２０歳くらいに飲み方に失敗してから、日本酒に苦手意識が芽生えてしまい、倦厭していたんです。でもふと子供の頃を思い出し、最近日本酒を飲みたくなって飲んでみると、今の日本酒ってこんなに美味しいのか！と感動し、すっかりハマってしまいました。さけのわの皆さんの投稿を参考に色々飲んでいきたいです！

Peach heaven season is here again this year. They are fresh and sweet, yet juicy! The sweetness is not too sweet, but quite well-balanced and just delicious! On the second day after opening the bottle, the sweetness goes from fresh to mellow, and it is delicious again! We are happy again this year.

Immediately after opening the bottle, it has a mild banana-like aroma, a mild sweetness and moderate acidity in the mouth, and a moderate sakeiness and bitterness later on, yes! Delicious! Juicy! Happiness in the mouth! Highly recommended 😃.

Here's a post about a drink I had about two weeks ago! The store described it as a sweet sake! That's right, but it was a very tasty drink with a slight fizziness that kept the sweetness nicely in check 🍶I think if you like sweet drinks, you'll run out of this one quickly! I ran out very quickly😊.

I got to try a drink I've always wanted to try! It's so sweet and pineapple-y that people call it pineapple juice, but it's not cloyingly sweet, it's a very tasty sake! I can see why this sake is so popular with women and newcomers to sake 😊.

Finally got around to drinking it! A bottle I wanted to drink so badly! I had heard that it was very fizzy, but I was caught off guard and the cork flew out the moment I opened the bottle lol! I knew it would be fizzy! I think it's a well-balanced sake, with a little bitterness and just the right amount of sweetness to make you think it's a sparkling sake! However, there was a time when I couldn't drink it due to personal matters, so I drank the sansho that had lost its fizziness. It was juicy again! I was surprised that such juiciness was hidden behind the fizziness! My palate is not quite there yet. It was so good!

Lactic sweetness and acidity on the first day of opening the bottle, and the original sweetness of rice two days later. The sweetness spreads at the moment of drinking, but it disappears quickly and crisply, followed by a robust sake-like taste. Finally, there is a crisp bitterness! But it doesn't linger and makes you want to take another sip right away 😊I guess you can see many different faces in one sip! Very tasty sake!

It smelled like pineapple. Drinking it, I found it sweet, but with a firm liquor taste! Nice sweetness in the sake flavor! I think "mellow" is the perfect word to describe it. I think both people who like classic sake and people who like modern sake will find it delicious 😊and the perfect amount of gas in it is irresistible! I found another delicious sake❗️

I drank it a week ago and will record it. I was thrilled when I opened the bottle, brought it close to my mouth, and the gorgeous apple ginjo aroma just poofed out! Same with the drink, gorgeous impression, happy sipper, sweet but clean and fruity, delicious! I don't drink it all at once, so I thought it would be nice to share the happiness with someone on the first day of opening the bottle, if possible, as the aroma fades and the sweetness prevails as the day goes on. Still, it's delicious😊.

My first Sentori! But I chose the classic instead of the modern because it was available at the store. I thought it might not be my favorite since it's a classic made from a fresh yeast stock ❗️It was delicious with a great balance of sweetness, sourness, and later bitterness 😊It's oden tonight, so it goes well with that too!

The sake I wanted to try, Akatake. The moment I put it in my mouth, the apple-like aroma spread out at once, and I was like, "Oh! I was amazed! The sweetness was moderate and the bitterness was low, so even I, a new sake drinker, could drink it easily! Anyway, it's the kind of sake that makes you say, "Oh! It's the kind of sake that makes your mouth water😊.

I've heard that it's easy to drink, but it's really easy to drink! It's not too sweet, has a subtle melon-like aroma, and has a clean aftertaste with little bitterness. The aftertaste was clean and not too bitter. Oh, this is one of those bottles that will be empty soon.
