たかおじさんFinally got around to drinking it! A bottle I wanted to drink so badly! I had heard that it was very fizzy, but I was caught off guard and the cork flew out the moment I opened the bottle lol! I knew it would be fizzy! I think it's a well-balanced sake, with a little bitterness and just the right amount of sweetness to make you think it's a sparkling sake! However, there was a time when I couldn't drink it due to personal matters, so I drank the sansho that had lost its fizziness. It was juicy again! I was surprised that such juiciness was hidden behind the fizziness! My palate is not quite there yet. It was so good!
