JIRO
It has a strong effervescence and is refreshing to drink. It does not have a strong sake-like taste, but it is not overly sour or sweet, but has a refreshing acidity like a dry cider (less) and an aftertaste that disappears quickly. It is very tasty. It tastes like a cider when it's cold, but when it's closer to room temperature, it tastes like sake. Interesting.

Purchased at MaxValu in front of Yamagata Station. I believe it was around 1000 yen, not expensive. The first taste in the mouth is lightly sweet, followed immediately by bitterness, and the last note has a slight iodine smell. It is hard to describe the taste, but if you drink it as a food sake, it tastes light and somewhat characterless, so you should drink it only with sake or savor it slowly with salt. Interesting!

Cup of sake purchased at a supermarket in front of Akita Station Akita has good pickles. Sake is also delicious. I feel that Akita sake goes well with pickles (before that, is there any sake that does not go well with pickles?) Immediately after opening the bottle, I thought it would be dry, but after five minutes, the flavor changed a little. The aroma is subdued, and the taste is light and refreshing with a slight bitterness. It may be suitable as a side dish with seaweed and other tasty but unassertive foods.

Akita Meikozo Bishu Hanariman New Sake Shiboritate When you hear "limited edition", you are tempted to buy it! When drunk at room temperature, it has a bold, dry taste. When it is cooled down, it becomes a little lighter than room temperature and has a soft taste that loosens up softly. Dry taste
