Cup of sake purchased at a supermarket in front of Akita Station
Akita has good pickles. Sake is also delicious. I feel that Akita sake goes well with pickles (before that, is there any sake that does not go well with pickles?)
Immediately after opening the bottle, I thought it would be dry, but after five minutes, the flavor changed a little.
The aroma is subdued, and the taste is light and refreshing with a slight bitterness.
It may be suitable as a side dish with seaweed and other tasty but unassertive foods.
