Yum! That's all I can say. Not Furousen, but "furousen". It was the first label I had ever seen. Not too spicy, not too sweet, not too schwaggy, I could drink this sake alone all the time 🍶.

Good evening, Maroko 🌙 I've never seen this label before! Is the taste vibe different from the Kanji series?

Good evening, Pon-chan! I had never seen this label before either, and I bought it when I heard it was the only sake available now. I like all of Furozumi's sakes, they all seem to have a core, and this one is also nigory and easy to drink, yet robust.

At a soba noodle restaurant in Yamagata City. The kudoki-gigoto reset the oiliness of the tempura and I was able to drink it easily. I was too reckless with the tempura and soba noodles that I couldn't taste the kudokigami. I'm sorry.

Yamagata Prefecture, where I came to enjoy sake. There are too many delicious looking sake to bother with. At first, I bought one of the two bottles for the evening. Toko. At first sip, I thought it was dark and sweet. But as I drank it, I enjoyed the tangy aftertaste. The thing that bothered me the most was the words "Founded in the Azuchi-Momoyama period".

This is another "Kitajima" that I bought at the morning market. The acidity is wonderful, and I really like it. I could drink this sake by itself for a long time. If I had to pair it with something, I'd say something with light pickles, sashimi, or vinegared miso. Delicious and happy❤️!

I bought it at the morning market held once a month in my neighborhood. I bought it at a morning market held once a month in my neighborhood. When I heard the explanation, I decided to buy it immediately. It's really dry. It was so dry that it made my back stand up straight. It is crisp and delicious with sweet shrimp beans or with sweet okara. It was a good decision to buy this bottle.

Since I often come to Mie Prefecture, I'll try to match Miya no Yuki, which I bought at a supermarket in Mie, with Maruten's iso-age from Ise City, Mie Prefecture. When I drank it well chilled, it had a good balance of sweetness and spiciness, with a tangy aftertaste. It goes very well with the gentle flavor of the fish paste. I would like to try it with white sashimi as well. Mie Prefecture has many famous sakes, so I feel that the level of quality is high. I regret that I was too drunk to remember the "Saku" I drank at New Year's.

Travel to Fukui. First of all, we went to Kato Yoshihei Shoten to buy "Bon". The clerk recommended "Tokishirazu" for dry sake, so we bought it. As the word "mellow" means, it's really thick! But it has a sweet aftertaste and is a fun sake. It's a sake that can be enjoyed with a meal. I would like to drink it with oden.

New Year's sake genre It is more tangy than the Mutsu Hassen we drank at the end of the year, and we like it very much. It goes well with the "squid carrot" that my mother made for me. It's still a mystery to me how my mother, who was born in Shiga Prefecture, came to make Fukushima Prefecture's local cuisine. But it's a dish that appears at the end of the year, and I've grown to love it since I became an adult. I think the sake is too elegant to go with the stewed cod. Is it Omachi after all? Well, I'm going on a short trip to Fukui Prefecture tomorrow. Speaking of Fukui, I'm going to visit Kokuryu Shuzo! Is there any other good sake?

New Year's Eve. Silver label of Mutsu Hassen with roasted duck and anago bamboo ring. Sweet and gorgeous taste. The first time I drank Mutsu Hassen, I was shocked to find that it really tasted like an apple. Whenever I find it at a restaurant, I always order it. A snowy New Year's Eve. Japanese sake goes well with olive oil.

Tonight is Hoto, a local dish of Yamanashi Prefecture. It is a miso-flavored hot pot with a lot of taro. At first, we toasted with Mutsu Hassen, but we changed to Kitajima, which is as good as the miso flavor. I haven't had much Omachi sake before, but I thought this Kitajima went very well with the meal. It has a strong, dark taste. But at the end, it's sweet and sour, so you won't get tired of drinking it. I'll be checking out Omachi from now on.

Meeting drinks on the road. I bought it on the way back from a visit to Itsukushima Shrine. They fill the bottles from the tank at the shop. What an exciting way to do it ❤️It was my kind of sake, a little sweet but with a sourness and a swooshiness. I found Houraizuru's sake "Kanade" to be the best at the izakaya I visited for dinner last night. I didn't realize yesterday that the sake I was buying at the Haramoto store was from Horai Tsuru. This trip to Hiroshima showed me that Horaitsu sake is my favorite. I wonder which local sake I'll find next.
