まろこ
Tonight is Hoto, a local dish of Yamanashi Prefecture.
It is a miso-flavored hot pot with a lot of taro.
At first, we toasted with Mutsu Hassen, but we changed to Kitajima, which is as good as the miso flavor.
I haven't had much Omachi sake before, but I thought this Kitajima went very well with the meal. It has a strong, dark taste. But at the end, it's sweet and sour, so you won't get tired of drinking it.
I'll be checking out Omachi from now on.
