This sake was recommended to my brother-in-law in Ibaraki by his local sake-loving boss. On the first day of opening the bottle, there was an austerity like THE sake, but after a few days, the heaviness was removed and there was a gorgeous aroma and sharpness. It depends on your taste, but I prefer the taste after a few days.

True White, made with omachi, it had a crisp impression with a touch of sweetness when I first drank it, but a week after opening the bottle, it had a more fruity sweetness. After a week or so, the fruity sweetness became stronger. It depends on your taste, but I prefer it a little longer after opening the bottle.

Since we were there, we chose a yellow color made from Chiba's "So-no-Mai" rice. Delicious!
