The aroma is quite subdued. The aroma is quite reserved, and the taste is what one would call "watery," making it a very refreshing sake in total. It is easy to drink without any unpleasant taste, but it is so refreshing that it is not enough when cold, so I would like to try it at room temperature or lukewarm next time.

I forgot to take a picture of the label. From the first sip to the end of the throat, it has a gentle sweetness and a nice aroma. I don't think there is anyone who likes ginjo-style sake who doesn't like this local Oita sake. My only regret is that I ordered the Saku first.

Saku at Saku. Mellow aroma as expected, a great sake with an overwhelming aroma the moment you put it in your mouth, and a strong fragrance that lingers well into the aftertaste. It is a sake that makes you wish it had not become famous at the summit.

Slightly effervescent, with a mellow, daiginjo-like aroma. The aftertaste is also good. A bottle with excellent cost performance for those who like ginjo-style sake.
