Rich flavor. It has a sweetness and depth similar to fruit. It is a sake that goes very well as a mid-meal drink and I end up drinking too much of it. I noticed it was gone ( 'o' ( 'o' ( 'o' ( 'o' ( 'o' ) ) !!!! A few days after opening the bottle, the sake-like depth of the flavor is felt on the tongue, but it is also delicious!

I found it when I went to Kintetsu Department Store in Kusatsu. When I first took a sip, I thought it was sweet. But then a moderate spiciness spread to the palate. I think it would be better with fish than meat. Or perhaps an obanzai? It is very easy to drink and even those who are not used to drinking sake will enjoy it. Mellow and mild. Maybe the water is good (◍-ᴗ-◍) I'll drink it again later in the day. The spiciness I felt last time is gone, and it tastes more drinkable and gentle. As a food sake, I feel it complements rice.

The price and taste are not proportional in a good sense. It is a pure rice sake with a milling rate of 70%. It's delicious ( 肴 ‾ ‾ ‾ ) I bought it in the 2000 yen range and it's so good! The sweetness of the rice and the gorgeousness. It seems to be rich, but it's refreshing! The taste seems to change with the accompaniment. As an after-dinner sake, it has a sweetness, but you can keep drinking it. In the mid-dinner sake (sashimi), the taste becomes more and more like sake as you drink it. Mottari〜! It is a very good betrayal!

What the hell... My first impression was that it was sweet at first. But the more I drank, the more mellow it became, and the more delicious it became! It's 45% polished rice, but the price is too reasonable! It has an elegant taste that is indescribably satisfying (*'∪'*). I can see why the guy at the shop said he couldn't stop drinking it!
