I found it when I went to Kintetsu Department Store in Kusatsu.
When I first took a sip, I thought it was sweet. But then a moderate spiciness spread to the palate.
I think it would be better with fish than meat.
Or perhaps an obanzai?
It is very easy to drink and even those who are not used to drinking sake will enjoy it.
Mellow and mild.
Maybe the water is good (◍-ᴗ-◍)
I'll drink it again later in the day.
The spiciness I felt last time is gone, and it tastes more drinkable and gentle.
As a food sake, I feel it complements rice.
