Rich flavor. It has a sweetness and depth similar to fruit.
It is a sake that goes very well as a mid-meal drink and I end up drinking too much of it.
I noticed it was gone ( 'o' ( 'o' ( 'o' ( 'o' ( 'o' ) ) !!!!
A few days after opening the bottle, the sake-like depth of the flavor is felt on the tongue, but it is also delicious!
