Sparkling YAMANO-KASUMI
Junmai Furin Bizan
Honjozo, sweet, sour, spicy, bitter and astringent
I always thought the Honjozo was named like a first love ❤️
Today we are at Motosu Lake Camp🏕.
This is the first time I've had a pure rice of light color 🍶.
With the taste of autumn 😊.
It's refreshing and goes well with the guts of the autumn swordfish💨.
Past pic.
Local sake 🍶 we drank at Yamanakako camp.
In Yamanashi, we usually have Koshu wine on most days, but when we have a Japanese style camp dinner, we have Shichiken 😊.
I compared the seven sakes, but I like the sweet, sour, spicy, bitter and astringent one the best👍.
(The name sounds like first love........................... 😅)
Sawanoi 🍶 as we are camping in Okutama today.
I decided to go with something summery instead of the standard big dry 😊.
It's a junmai sake, but still refreshing ❗️.
I'm going to take the big dry one as a souvenir 😅.
