The brewery's message is to enjoy the clear, transparent flavor that gently envelops you like a "morning glory" gently nestled in a green leaf, with a gentle, comfortable crispness.
The flavor seems to deepen a bit on the first and second days, but it's a product that can be drunk easily. It went well with both meat and fish dishes.
