Tsurulei (Niigata sake), one of my favorite brands in Niigata
It was easy to enjoy without any chocolatey taste.
Personally, I prefer it with fish.
The local sake of Uonuma, founded in Kyouho 2 years, is polished carefully in harmony with snow.
I feel it is right.
Alcohol content: 15%.
Ingredients: Rice, rice kouji (Rice used: Koshitanrei)
Rice polishing rate: 55%.
