Picus(ピカス)
As part of the MIYAGI TRYANGLE project, three breweries in Miyagi Prefecture (Kenkonichi, Haginotsuru, and Koganezawa) and the sake specialty store "Mutoya" collaborated to produce this sake. This time, we had Koganezawa's Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu. The sake rice is 100% Miyamanishiki from Miyagi Prefecture🌾. It is beautiful and fruity, but since it is unfiltered, it has a strong flavor and richness, and is extremely delicious. Personally, I like to chill it in the refrigerator and then bring it back to room temperature for a little more umami and mellowness.
