This was the first time I had heard of Nanamizu.
I was somewhat attracted to it at a liquor store and bought it.
I liked its sweetness, sourness and fruity aroma.

Slightly effervescent. 80%? It has such a low level of miscellaneous flavors that you would think it was 80%. But the rice flavor is strong.

Eiko Fuji is my favorite sake.
The sweetness, umami, and aroma are still outstanding.
I can't fully distinguish the fine specifications, but this is delicious.
At 16.6 degrees, it didn't feel like it, and it ran out quickly.
