Purchased at Nogami Sake Store, 1980 yen per bottle. The sake is bottled from the mash during the production process, so it is still alive inside the bottle. It contains carbon dioxide gas, so it is a bit chewy, and the lid has a hole in it to let the gas escape. It must be kept chilled, but since the refrigerator will not hold a full bottle, it is stored outside in a shed. It is a very easy to drink sake! There is a lot of maltiness in the drink and you can feel the petite carbon dioxide. It is very thick. It is a seasonal sake that is only sold during the cold season! This sake is easy to drink, so be careful not to drink too much.

We bought it at a sake shop in Tsuchiura station. 1500 yen for a four-pack. I tasted 4 kinds of sake and bought it. I thought it was easy to drink because it was like wine, so I tried it with my parents, but... Sake is sake, lol. When we drank it carefully, we found that it was a sour sake. It is a "test brew", so we expect it to improve in the future!

Purchased at Shiina Shuzo, the brewer of Fukushin, 3,250 yen per bottle. The junmai ginjo sold in the store is made with Miyamanishiki, but this ginjo-shu is made with Yamadanishiki. This Yamada Nishiki Junmai Ginjo can only be purchased at the Shiina Shuzo brewery located in the mountains from the center of Hitachi City. Shiina Shuzo is located in a wonderful environment with plenty of mountain water in the highland area. This sake has a fruity then light sweetness that stands out. It is very easy to drink! We have been drinking it at room temperature, but we would like to try it cold. I tried drinking it chilled. Whoa, the sweetness became more assertive than at room temperature. It tastes better cold than at room temperature! I'm afraid I'm going to run out of one bottle soon lol.

Purchased at the Co-op, Yogo bottle. Junmai Ginjo sake brewed with wine yeast. A sake based wine that is completely different from wine! It is more sour than normal sake, but then the sweetness of the rice comes out. It is easier to drink than normal sake. It is a new dimension of sake that is completely different from the sake of the past! It's a very assertive sake, so I'm going to use it as a sake for blending!

I bought this because I wanted to experience a bubbly sake. Of course, I had to chill it sufficiently before opening the bottle. It's a dry, bubbly sake. As a novice to bubbly sake, I find it easier to drink sweet sake. It is less bubbly than sparkling wine. It's good with ice, so I made it on the rocks, and the dryness disappeared, making it easy to drink. I recommend drinking it on the rocks!

Purchased at Nogami Sake Shop, 3480 yen for a bottle. The owner recommended it to me last month and again this month. First of all, have a glass at room temperature. What a surprise! It is a very fruity sake. It is refreshing and easy to drink. It's like a white wine made from rice. I immediately transferred it to a four-pack bottle and chilled it in the refrigerator.

Purchased at Roadside Station Hirata. Old sake 1997. It's a light amber color, and the recommendation is to drink it at room temperature or hot, so I tried it at room temperature. I tried to drink it at room temperature, but it was not good for hot summer. Hiratamura has sake like this. It's a performance to be reckoned with!

This time, it is a bottle brewed back to the original Namie! You can't help but buy it when you see this commemorative whenpon. Have it as a cold sake. Yes, it is easy to drink. It has a fruity taste and is easy to drink without any peculiarities. We are looking forward to the future of Banjo Kotobuki!
