Purchased at Nogami Sake Store, 1980 yen per bottle.
The sake is bottled from the mash during the production process, so it is still alive inside the bottle.
It contains carbon dioxide gas, so it is a bit chewy, and the lid has a hole in it to let the gas escape.
It must be kept chilled, but since the refrigerator will not hold a full bottle, it is stored outside in a shed.
It is a very easy to drink sake!
There is a lot of maltiness in the drink and you can feel the petite carbon dioxide. It is very thick.
It is a seasonal sake that is only sold during the cold season!
This sake is easy to drink, so be careful not to drink too much.
