This is the first limited release from Fukushi Shuzo, a sake brewery in Kushiro, Hokkaido. The image of white wine was created by using white malt, and it is very refreshing! The alcohol content is low at 13%, so you can drink it easily. I've known about Fukuji for a long time, but I didn't know that they made such a refreshing sake. I think it's easy to drink even for those who don't like sake. And above all, the label is cute. It has a summer feel to it, doesn't it? I mean, it's almost like a jacket buy. It's become a regular thing for me to go to the liquor store to buy sake on the weekends, and I'm glad to have found such a delicious sake from a local brewery in Hokkaido. I'm glad to have found such a delicious sake from a local brewery in Hokkaido, but I'm sure they won't have any left when I go back next week, because there were only a few left... I'm going to drink it carefully, but I'm sure it will be empty tomorrow, but I'm going to wait and hope for another good one. I want to visit the brewery after the Corona is over. I want to drink this Fukuji again, so if I ever see it again, I'll buy it. I don't know where you can get it outside of Hokkaido, but if you're the type of person who likes a refreshing drink, you should definitely try it if you see it. It has a cute label. Such a sake. Cheers!

Purchased on the recommendation of a liquor store. I like it cold and grated in autumn, but I also love it light and refreshing in summer. The rice polishing ratio is 60%, but the alcohol is low at 13 degrees. It's the kind of beer that you know you're going to like even before you drink it. It is the kind that you can drink very well. The aroma is kind of orangey. The aroma is orangey, and there's a slight pizzazz to it. Yes, this is the kind that runs out quickly. (I've been making that statement a lot lately.) It is very soft and has no alcohol smell, so you can drink it easily. I would like people who don't like sake to try it, I think it will go down well. I didn't really go to the liquor store to buy this, but I bought it because they said they won't have it next week. I can't buy that much because I have limited space in my refrigerator, but I did. But don't worry. It's going to run out soon. It's already half gone while I'm writing this. It's even more so because it was hot today. I know it's not the right analogy, but in beer, it's like drinking Orion beer. I like Orion beer and used to drink it a lot. It's expensive to drink in Hokkaido (laughs). Next week it will be sold out, so I will look for a different one. Such sake. Cheers.

It is said to be a brand of sake that has been in short supply since a certain Japanese actor said it was delicious. The rice polishing ratio is 55%, and the alcohol content is 16 degrees, but it feels a little strong to me. But the aroma is good, gorgeous and fruity. Maybe it's because it's just after opening the bottle that it feels a bit strong. It spreads fluffily in the mouth, so it might taste even better a little while after opening. But it is easy to drink, even though it feels strong. Brands with a single kanji character look great on the label! I want to try the Junmai Daiginjo next time. I'm off tomorrow, so it makes me think that I should buy some. It's that kind of sake. Cheers!

I bought it on the recommendation of a sake shop. The rice polishing ratio is 60%, which is not low, but we decided to buy it because it is from a sake brewery in Hokkaido and the rice is ginpu, which is a sake brewing-friendly rice produced in the local town of Tobetsu. The TB in the third photo represents the town of Tobetsu (this is from Twitter). Immediately after opening the bottle, it has a soft pichishwa feeling. And it's easy to drink. It's the kind of thing you can't stop drinking, the kind that makes you wonder if you'll have a day off tomorrow (I'm working tomorrow). It's like water. Very refreshing. Personally, it reminds me of the refreshing feeling I had the first time I drank Tatenogawa. It's one of those things that runs out as soon as you open it, so I want to go buy some more soon. But I can't go because I have to work tomorrow, so I've confirmed my reservation. I've always preferred to drink rice that is milled at 50% or less, but I feel like my range has expanded. I agree with your recommendation. I'm sure this will disappear from the market soon. I don't know how much it is in circulation, but it's something I look forward to every year. I don't know how much is available, but I feel really happy to be able to drink such a delicious sake made with local rice. I think I'll be supporting (and consuming) this brewery from now on. I'm glad to have met them. Such sake. Cheers!

My first Daishinshu. I bought this one on the recommendation of a sake shop. It is a limited time product. According to the sake shop, this sake is made by blending Junmai Daiginjo and Junmai Ginjo. It has a very fruity aroma, and when you sip it, you can taste a touch of apple. The rice polishing ratio is 59%, which isn't low, but you can't taste any miscellaneous flavors. It's so sweet that you can't help but gulp it down. Such a sake. Cheers.

The mouthfeel is mellow and soft. Maybe it is because the rice polishing ratio is 39%. It is very easy to drink, and I think it will disappear soon. The alcohol content is probably lower than regular Ottersai, so it is easy to drink. The label is also a little pink and has a nice spring feel to it, like cherry blossoms are falling. This is intoxicating. Such a sake. Cheers!

I had a Heki first, so I tried a Gin this time. I felt it was softer on the palate than the Heki. Just after opening the bottle, it has a pleasant slightly swirly feeling. After two days, the swooshiness has faded, but the mellow flavor spreads to my mouth, and I can't stop my plans for just one glass. I have to work tomorrow, so I'd better stop now, but I don't know what to do. Such a drink. Cheers.
