It is said to be a brand of sake that has been in short supply since a certain Japanese actor said it was delicious.
The rice polishing ratio is 55%, and the alcohol content is 16 degrees, but it feels a little strong to me. But the aroma is good, gorgeous and fruity.
Maybe it's because it's just after opening the bottle that it feels a bit strong.
It spreads fluffily in the mouth, so it might taste even better a little while after opening.
But it is easy to drink, even though it feels strong.
Brands with a single kanji character look great on the label!
I want to try the Junmai Daiginjo next time.
I'm off tomorrow, so it makes me think that I should buy some.
It's that kind of sake.
Cheers!
