This is really delicious. If you can find Shinmasa delicious, you can't go wrong with it. This sake was like a crystallization of the best of Colors and Private Lab. I look forward to drinking it again someday.

I have always wanted to drink Yonotori. It is a kijoshu, yet it is refreshing, yet mellow and complex. It is a sake that I have never had before, with a variety of flavors in the mouth, including a spicy, ginger-like flavor that makes you think it is a plum wine. I drink it every day, a little at a time. I wonder what the next Yonotori will taste like.
