⭐️4.5 The aroma is cool and refreshing, and it quickly passes through the nose. The moment it enters the mouth, the carbonation stimulates the tongue. The middle is clear, and as you hold it in your mouth, the back of your throat gradually becomes hot like a dry sake. The lingering aftertaste is umami and complex. It is the most gaseous and characteristic of the S-Kaze no Mori that we have had so far. Personally, I prefer it to any other S-Kaze no Mori.

The low alcohol content of 13 degrees Celsius gives it a gentle, mellow taste that goes down smoothly. I have had many kinds of Mimuro Sake, including some that are distributed only locally, and I have never had a bad experience with this brewery.

⭐️4.4 Photo right. Tasting at Nara Izumi Yusai. This sake is made from 80% Nara Prefecture's Tsuyu Hakaze sake rice. According to Mr. Yamamoto of the Aburacho Sake Brewery, it is a "jajama. When you drink it, you can strongly taste a variety of complex flavors. It is different from the clear and easy-to-drink sake. It may be a hit with some drinkers.

⭐️4.4 Photo left. Tasting at Nara Izumi Yusai. This sake is brewed using the Bodhidashi method at Shorakuji Temple in Nara Prefecture, the birthplace of sake. Unlike the stiff appearance, the mild acidity and bitterness are well balanced, and the taste will keep you going for several cups. It has a round impression like Mimuro Cedar Dio Abita.
