The aroma is fruity and the alcohol smell is stronger than other Kaze no Mori.
Personally, I do not like the strong smell of alcohol.
The overall taste is well-balanced and round.
The aroma of alcohol lingers in the back of the nose after drinking.
I have drunk all the varieties of the S series, and it is interesting to note the distinct differences in taste depending on the rice field, even if the rice is the same and from the same region.
As a fan of Kaze no Mori, I would like to continue to support its efforts while enjoying its delicious taste.
On April 5, a new variety called "Nanatsuyu," a crossbreed of Nara's Akitsuho and Yamadanishiki, the king of sake rice, was released.
I am very much looking forward to the release of new Kaze-no-mori and Mimuro-sugi sake made with this new variety.
