After attending Imanishi Shuzo's event on 2025/4/12,
I bought a bottle of Yamadanishiki 50, which was not released at last week's brewery opening.
The aroma is mild, and this one has less of a cedar aroma.
The taste is clean and well-balanced, and it goes in the mouth, down the throat, and after drinking, all on its own without any tugging.
It is too easy to drink, and you can drink too much of it.
It tastes so good that you could finish a whole bottle with a glass of sake.
