The aroma through the nose is fragrant and beer-like for a moment.
In the mouth, it tastes sour and bitter, and the sourness lingers until the aftertaste.
The taste of the sake reminds one of the bitterness of beer as it passes down the throat.
It has its own quirks, but I have the impression that the unique taste and characteristics that cannot be tasted in other sake are skillfully and deliciously combined.
It is a different line from the sake we usually drink, but it is a fine sake, and I feel it has new possibilities.
