Very juicy. Smells like apple jam. It's sweet, but not too sweet. I would like to drink it by itself.

When I mixed the turbidity that had accumulated at the bottom and drained the bottle, it blew out. It is quite carbonated. The taste is refreshing, with a hint of sweetness and no unpleasant overpowering sake flavor! It is inexpensive at 1,320 yen for 720㎖.

A bottle that I buy frequently. A bottle costs about 2,400 yen. It is fruity but just right, with a good balance of sweetness, acidity, and umami.

It was spiky on the day it was uncorked, but after three days it was mellow, moderately sweet, and firm. The alcohol content is 19%, so it is very generous.

Research brewing data28 This sake is yeast-free and makes use of the natural yeast found in the brewery. It has a fair amount of sweetness, but the acidity is also harmonious. The alcohol content is low. It does not have a fruity taste, but it has a strong rice bran-like feeling and umami.

It is sharp, slightly sweet, fruity, and very well balanced. I would like to make it a regular sake. A bottle of this sake costs about 2,200 yen. I was surprised at how cheap it is. Is it because it is sake?

Slightly sweet and moderately tasty. It can be matched with any dishes. It seems to be a sake rice from the town of Oirase called "Masugura".
