The aroma is strong and As soon as you take a sip, a sweet and slightly carbonated taste spreads in your mouth. It is sweet, but the feeling that it comes with a punch is very impressive. I got a bottle of 39 at Itami Airport, so I'm looking forward to opening it at the end of the year!

Hatsukangiku was easy to drink and gone in an instant. I drank it for my birthday celebration, The microcarbonation was piquant. It is like a chamomile. I would recommend it even to those who don't like sake.

On Friday, I finished the day with sake. I had it hot, but I personally think it tastes better cold, as it has a more refreshing flavor. It goes great with iburigakko (pickled ginger) as a snack.
