I had an image of aged sake being amber in color and similar to the aroma of whiskey, but this is different.
It's mellow, and it's got a horniness...
I thought it would be wonderful if I could grow old like this.
I don't usually drink Sawanoi. But after climbing a mountain in July, I dropped by the brewery and my friend told me to drink it.
My friend delivered it to me, so I drank it.
It is orthodox taste of THE sake.
The sound of sawa is blended into it. I can't wait for summer.
The much talked about Tenbi. After the sweetness, the slight firing follows a little later than the image.
The time lag of the feeling that is a little later than expectation is comfortable and new.
It must have been calculated. I'm impressed!
It's a twilight orange origami.
When I opened the cap, the stopper blew out and hit the ceiling.
It was falling on my head.
I was so stunned by the noise that I didn't know what had happened for a moment.
It was a close call.
The taste is calculated to keep the sweetness down.
As a midday drink, I could easily drink it!
I was very impressed with the online event of the brewery.
I bought it for the first time in a long time as a thank you. It also appeared in Seven Rules.
This is the taste of sake.
I hope it will remain forever, regardless of trends, tastes, and so on.
It's a sake that you've been keeping to drink with your loved ones. But
I couldn't see him for a while, so I opened it!
This was awful. It was so good that I shouldn't have opened it.
But I did!
I've been trying Kouyougane Kikiku continuously for the sake of curiosity, but it's a bit expensive, so I thought I'd be like "I'm not buying it anymore, I'm tired of it" the moment I didn't feel the cost. However, this dusk orande was a shock. It blew away my preconceived notion that it would be sweet anyway! The sweetness of this pale rice and this fresh dynamism! The balance is tremendous! I'm afraid.
Slight fizziness. Lime like citrus notes.
Ah, spring is finally here, and we're about to enter the season of fresh greenery.
It tells me that we are heading into...
This is one of my favorite bottles since I helped out at the brewery as a volunteer at the festival.
It's been opening up more and more yesterday than the day before yesterday, and more and more today than yesterday.
I won a full course of the online event "Tohoku Support and Reconstruction" and one of the ingredients I received was Hishiya Senryo Otokoyama. I feel the weight of the special label "Port ni sunrise, light on the water". I will participate with all my heart and soul.
The other day I received a sake tasting set at an Honourable Fuji event, and after answering all three questions correctly in the sake tasting quiz at the event, I received two more bottles of Honourable Fuji!
I can't wait to see what Shizuoka has in store for me!
I won an online event at Honourable Fuji. I really enjoyed the sake tasting quiz of Shosetsu, Hananomai and Hakuin Masamune and learned a lot about Shizuoka's approach to sake and rice cultivation!
Here's to enjoying sake in a new way!
In my opinion, it cuts off quickly at first with sweet, then bitter, then sweet, then bitter.
The three-dimensional feel of the label also adds to the sense of luxury and satisfaction.
This is my favorite lightly nigori to date. Even though it was a late entry, it exploded in popularity. I now understand why.
This is my first time posting here! It's warm in Tokyo today, so I opened a cool bottle
I opened a cool bottle of Banjo Kotobuki. I'm also worried about the earthquake.
