First, the taste is gassy and sharply acidic, then crisp.
It is so clear that it is hard to believe that the rice is 70% polished.

It's a pure rice sake with a great caramel smell!
It can be served hiya (room temperature), but it is a typical sake to be enjoyed warmed up.

Thin taste. The first entry is thin and fresh. From there, the richness of the sake comes out a little, and at the end, it disappears while leaving a lingering aftertaste.
As the name suggests, it is like a sparkler.
It is a light sake with an alcohol content of 13 degrees, and overall it has an assertive feel.

お燗で頂きました。淡麗で辛口ですが飲み終わりに純米酒らしい米の旨みも感じられ個人的には高知のお酒だけに鰹の塩たたきと一緒に飲みたいお酒です♪
