At first it has a sake-kasu (sake lees) feeling. As you drink it, the deliciousness comes out. It is rather dry.
I think it is a sake that tastes better with air. I am looking forward to drinking it tomorrow and after.
It is dry and a little fruity, with a hint of sake-kasu (sake lees) characteristic of nama-zake before meals. The fruity taste is enhanced when drunk with a meal.
Maybe because after eating dried sweet potatoes? I think it is dry.
This sake is from Iwadeyama, Miyagi Prefecture. I bought it at Iwadeyama.

It is "as squeezed" so it has a sweet taste with some dryness.
