たまこI finally finished the drink and was able to take a picture. In general, I could enjoy it without feeling the riceiness and without getting dry in the mouth. My only regret is that I forgot to warm it up. やすThe entrance has a lactic acid aroma with thick acidity in the back. In the mouth, the fresh umami of the rice is abundant on top of the tight acidity. As the temperature rises slightly in the mouth, it is accompanied by a gentle sweetness that balances the tightness of the acidity, which remains unchanged from the entrance. This is delicious 🍶. It's still wonderful ✨✨.

MantaYasusan here too 😊 I have had this Shinomine myself, but I accidentally erased my review of it, and now I don't know what kind of sake it was 🥲. I would like to try it again if I get the chance 😊.

やすManta-san, good evening 🌙Shinomine is a sake from Nara, and while I drink it often, I actually don't like it that much 😆, but this one had a wonderful freshness and mid-palate umami feeling from the raw sake✨.

Shinomine雄町 参年熟成純米大吟醸古酒
酔生夢死Very calm yogurt aroma Moist mouthfeel Sweet and sour astringency with a sense of fragility Very modest sense of Omachi and maturity. And yet, you can feel the depth of its nostalgia and the size of its vessel. ⭕️ The greatness of sake is reconfirmed: ⭕️ The sake is aged in ice for the first year and then in a low-temperature cellar at 8°C for the next two years. うっち〜の超〜りっぱ# Nihonbashi Muromachi # W eagle/river The proprietress recommended this one, even though it is the same "Shinomine"! The proprietress recommended this one. We compared the two! The mouthfeel is gaseous and textured. The mellow sweetness spreads gradually. The sweetness and the slow umami (flavor) from the orikura (rice cake). It is also moderately spicy 🤔. It is a luxurious winter limited edition sake that has all the features of a running sake!

Nf bapakSlightly acidic. Slightly dry, slightly light. It is the only Junmai Daiginjo in the Tanohata series, so it has a clear taste, but it is a beautiful sake that is not too polished to the point of being difficult to understand. It was an excellent product to be enjoyed with a meal.

Shinomine純米 山田錦 超辛口 無濾過生酒
ペンギンブルーSlightly melon-like, refreshing aroma. Tangy and spicy by the inclusion. Light texture. Slightly sandy flavor. The acidity is a good volume of rice in a crisp flavor with little sweetness. The IPA-like bitterness tightens up the flavor, and it disappears with the umami. The title "super spicy" suits it. It has the feeling of a neat man. It is crisp and deliciously spicy. Good with meals. Yanaka Junmaiya

倍割りHachitan Nishiki. The umami that is so strong and powerful starts slowly from the beginning. The fizziness in the middle part of the bottle mellows out and is accompanied by a spiciness.
