Urashinomine Junmai-Nigori-Sake Nama-Nagori-Sake
The aroma is mellow and sweet like the sake mother stage (yogurt?).
The taste is also sweet and sour, like the sake pressed from the sake mother! (like honey apple 🍯🍎?). However, it becomes dry after halfway through, so surprisingly, the heaviness does not remain!
It is my favorite chiomei (basically, plus sake level). It is not at all sweet because of the high al 17% (just slightly sweet), but it has a middle body and the roughness of raw sake, with excellent sharpness. Even with a 70% rice polishing ratio, there is no cloying taste and it is a beautiful sake. It is delicious. It has a high-alcoholic, umami flavor and gasiness, so I think it goes very well with fried chicken. However, if you ask me, "Isn't beer good for fried chicken?" I can't find the words to reply.
It is sharp and hot in a hot sake. It's very spicy. I had it with fried ankimo. As a person with high gamma and bad cholera, I think it's a combination I shouldn't try. But it's a good thing because it tastes good together.
