Izumo Fuji Junmai - White label
Unrefined, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, freshly squeezed
Sake rice: Yamadanishiki from the Nojiri district of Izumo City
(Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture/Fuji Sake Brewery)
This is the first freshly brewed sake to be released from the brewery in three years.
It has a fresh ginjo aroma that is typical of new sake, and the refined sweetness and umami of Yamadanishiki are brought out, while at the same time it has a good sharpness.
Izumo Fuji is known for its white label.
Tonight, we're starting towards 700 after the 600th 🙌 In honor of that? In honor of that?

Where did you buy it? Was it a gift from someone? I don't remember and have forgotten about it for a year and a half, but I found it the other day and was planning to drink it soon 😅 Also, the specs are that it is made from Sakanishiki sake rice, which is also new to me 🙌🙌🙌.
First of all, the aroma has a tranquil appearance reminiscent of a light dry sake, with a bouquet of white flowers and woody nuances. The taste also has a light acidity on the attack with a clear and transparent quality, and in the latter half, you can enjoy the dryness of the alu feeling. I like it very much because it is an excellent food wine and has a stable flavor that makes you feel relieved without getting tired of drinking it 😋😋😋😋.
Good evening, Kirataso 😃.
Congratulations on your first bottle of Shimane sake ㊗️ on the first bottle of your restart for 700 in 🎉Dry sake is good 🤗.
Ah! But Izumo Fuji's Snow Cloud Nigori ‼️ which comes out in winter is so good, please try it👍!
@Jay & Nobby.
Konbanhar 😊 Thanks again for your comment 😭 and for sharing your recomendations, which is great information for me as a Nigoler. I will try it next time ‼️
It has a crisp and refreshing throat,
The first mouthfeel is mild and elegant.
Perhaps it is the divine virtues of Okuninushi.
Brewed in Izumo, aspiring to Fuji.
The honesty of the land of the divine month.

Next, here it is.
I borrowed the label image from the internet 😅.
It's supposed to be super spicy, but my dull tongue is not as good as it should be.
It's not sweet, but the spiciness gives it depth 🤔.

This was delicious! It has a plump flavor and sweetness.
It's been a long time since I've had a sake called "super-harsh".
It's a little sweeter than I thought it would be, despite the sake level.
Refreshing and refreshing!
Delicious!
Izumo Fuji Junmai Ginjo Aka Label Yamadanishiki
Slight sourness from sweetness and umami
Sake that goes down smoothly with a hint of sourness from the sweetness and umami.
It is a sake that goes well with food.
It's fattening.
