I bought two more bottles of this series!
I like the small series because I can drink a lot of different ones✋.
The blue bottle and the special shape of the bottle alone is fashionable 🌟.
The smell is sweet to the nose🍀*.
When you take a sip, you can feel the dryness spreading on your tongue.
It has a sweet taste, but it doesn't linger.
I feel the depth like Lake Towada 👓.
(I don't know what that means lol)
The alcohol content is high 🫠17%. I'm drunk lol.

This special junmai sake has been stored in the snow by Lake Towada on the border of Akita and Aomori prefectures.
The aroma and mild flavor are obtained by storing the sake in the snow by Lake Towada on the border of Akita and Aomori prefectures.
Snow storage is a method of maturing sake unique to snow country where tanks are buried in the snow.
The rough edges are removed and the aroma is enhanced, resulting in a fine, mellow flavor.
