A limited edition collaboration between the Saiya Sake Brewery of Snow Kayasha and Murai, a local sake brewery.
We found it in a refrigerator at a pub and ordered it.
It has a very clean and crisp taste with a slight fruity note at the end.
Easy to drink and delicious sake.
