When I opened the bottle, there was a high pitched pop🎶No aroma at all 🤔In the mouth, there is a tangy freshness 🥰Good sweetness on the palate 😚 Not too sweet, but not too sweet 😘Good sharpness 😍. It's a delicious sake that will keep you coming back for more 🥳.

(🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today I had my first glass of Fumigiku from Fumigiku Shuzo, a well-known brewery in Haneya 😃. The label looks like Haneya's Shine that I've had before 🤔Pouring it into a cup, lots of fine bubbles on the rim 😘The aroma is gorgeous and fruity 😊The taste is fresh and crisp with a slight effervescence 😘The balance of refreshing sweetness and sourness is good👍The low alcohol content also makes me gobble it up ✨😚This is a very modern and trendy sake ✨🥳.

Purchased summer sake out of season. I tried it, thinking I wouldn't be able to drink it until next year. It is quite a sweet sake. It is delicious with a warm body after a bath and goes perfectly with a hot pot.

Haneya's "MOONLIGHT BEAUTY" ✨I have a feeling it's a beautiful drink from the name: ☺️ As the name "moonlit beauty" suggests, it is a very beautiful and elegant sake 🍶. The "No.10 yeast" used this time is said to be characterized by low acidity and excellent aroma♪ Indeed, the ginjo aroma that rises the moment it is poured into the glass is very elegant and gorgeous 🌺. The taste is full and rich, with a mild sweetness and fine umami characteristic of Omachi, but not overly sweet and refreshing ✨. It's very smooth and easy to drink, so it's great as a food sake 🍶. Personally, I think it's best when it's not overly chilled and left to sit for about 30 minutes at 10-15 degrees 🍶.

Also at a yakitori restaurant. This is the second time for Haneya, and although it is called junmai ginjo, the taste is almost junmai daiginjo. The deliciousness of the rice explodes from the first sip. I only have a short comment, but a glass of this for 500 yen is too good for the cost. The Hokuriku region is to be feared.

This sake also has a light but full flavor. The rice polishing ratio is 60%, and the alcohol content is 14%. I wondered what "anbayashi" was, but it is miso dengaku. The rule seems to be that the number of bottles is decided by rolling dice.

☆☆☆☆☆ At the 2nd Tsubaklame, the place still hasn't come up... This is a Chinese/Asian restaurant, mainly Cantonese. This is my second visit. The operation against alcohol consumption has improved wonderfully since the last time I was here. So, let's start with Haneya! Well, it's definitely delicious! I ordered the Bean-curd soup with Bean-curd sauce. It made my sake go down the drain!

I bought it at my usual Marunaka Ohashi Shoten. 📌720ml ¥1,850 Here's the rice 🍶. The aroma is slightly fruity. The color is beautiful. The mouthfeel is a little thick A little sourness💕 A little sweetness💕 It's very fresh because it's a pure sake It is refreshing and very easy to drink 😊. I think it's good as a food sake I think it's an all-rounder that goes with everything👍 Be careful not to drink too much😅 It's delicious👍

☀️ When you open the bottle, it has a mineral? The aroma is reminiscent of minerals 🙄. Thin sweetness, distinct acidity, and ultra-fine carbonation🫧 mix together in a collaboration of balance that is hard to describe ⚖️ The ginjo aroma on the nose has a hint of minerality. The aftertaste of unrefined sake is also typical of Haneya. I would like to drink more of this brand to learn more about its character 🤗.
