ましらのやまさんJunmai Ginjyo Nama Sake Kasumishu⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 14%.
It is a refreshing sweet sake with a carbonation sensation and a stimulating orikarami-style taste.
First visit to Chirori in about a month😅.
Tonight's sashimi platter includes Koshiyoudai, bonito, seared Spanish mackerel, seared Tachio fish, and sea robin 🤗.
We were greeted with many new faces of sake, so we decided to have them all in a comparison set 😋.
The first set of drinks included Modern Sentori, Haneya, and Wakanami. Modern Sentori is a [Kame-no-o] that I had met in 2022, so I omitted posting it 🥰.

のちをRakuDo 2nd cup. Because it's in a department store, it closes early. 8pm is the end of the day.
The last one was the red one from Haneya, which I've been seeing a lot lately.
The previous one was dry, so I chose the sweet one.
Fruity and sweet. I drank it without thinking much.
I finished with Sanuki udon. It was delicious.
Let's come back for a lunchtime drink next time 😊.

のちをThank you, Tsubu. I didn't realize it at all and posted it in a flash.
If I had noticed, I would have missed the chance to get a pre-brew from the Tsubu family fridge as a celebration!

Aaiyama ❤️

Rice used:100% Aiyama
Polishing ratio: 50

I drank a lot of alcohol during my two-day and three-night business trip to Nagano, but there was almost no one to talk to, and I hardly laughed at all except for watching videos of my guesses.
This is what I mean by talking like a machine gun! I felt like a machine gun!
Hanaya's Aiyamama ❤️ was yellow in color after being laid down for over a year 😅.
I drank it when I could feel the freshness of the sake and it tasted so good that I bought another bottle.
The freshness was gone, but the caramelized sweetness was still there and you could tell it was from Aizan. I love it 😍.
ペンギンブルーSweet. Smooth, extended sweetness.
From the winey flavor, there are some maple and woody aromas.
Floral and mineral notes on the back.
The aftertaste is long but not full.
Beautifully sweet and delicious.

Ginpu, Hokkaido's preferred rice for sake brewing
Elegant sweetness and umami with a gentle mouthfeel
Very delicious, I like it very much!
もよもよHaneya is a sake brewed in Toyama, and this is a freshly pressed, unpasteurized sake that came out at the end of the year, and was awarded the Gold Medal at the 2022 IWC International Wine Challenge, so it has quite an overnight stay attached to it.
The catchphrase for this sake is "a rainbow of flavors", and it seems to be bottled immediately after being freshly pressed. It seems that the sake is bottled immediately after it is freshly squeezed. That said, it was not overly sweet, but rather relatively refreshing. I think it tasted a bit like melon.
I think it would go well with just about anything, but I think it would be a good match with Camembert cheese, for some reason. I think it would go well with something light and salty.
@水橋Toyama Eki-naka Sake Bar (5)
Haneya Junmai Ginjyo Kouka Nama Nama
I didn't look at the back of the bottle, but I wonder if it is a nama-zake.
I believe Haneya has this type of sake.
It was hot that day, so it was fresh and just right.
This sake bar was just outside the ticket gate of the Shinkansen. Sightseers with their carriages, wondering what's going on? They were wondering what they could buy at the counter. It was sold out before 7:00 p.m. and the bar was closed.
hiroshi1958Home brew, 15%, 60% polished rice, production: April 2024, fresh acidity and mellow flavor sealed in by bottle warming and igniting each bottle.
