The label always has a beautiful picture on it that makes me pick it up 😁.
As you drink it, you can taste a unique flavor with sweetness and sourness. It is also delicious and tasty 😋.

［After the crab dinner, we went back to "Sakeba Maruko" for another round of drinks (4).
Let's finish off the last drink by choosing an iron plate brand to finish off the drink nicely 🍶.
Haneya Junmai Ginjo Tominokou (Nama Sake)
The aroma was full and thin like a melon, the taste was clear and sweet, and the finish was pleasantly sweet.
The most trippy feeling of the day, Haneya is the best!
This is the second consecutive year that Haneya has won the highest award at Kura Master, a sake event held in France where French people select and rank sake wines.
I was thinking that this excellent lingering taste must be appealing to French people who prefer wine 🤔.
［As we were leaving Maruko, I had a chance to chat with the waiter and asked him about the sake lineup, "The liquor store you deal with is 00 Sake Shop, right? I was told that the knowledge of a sake lover is amazing and that I should come back again 🤣.
I caught an earlier train than the last train, so I walked about 3 kilometers from the nearest station to my house.
Looking up at the sky in the darkness between the streets, I could clearly see the Winter Triangle including Orion 💫 Yeah, I was very satisfied 😆.

Actually, there are 3 liquor stores in Fukui that sell sake from outside of the prefecture, so I can almost always tell which one it is by the brand they specialize in 🤣.
I can almost always tell which liquor store by the brands they specialize in 🤣, but that's also a result of my regular patrols ✨.

I found out that there is only one store in Fukui that sells Haneya, which was a hint for me this time 🥰[crab] went well with local sake, but I wanted to drink some more delicious sweet sake, so it was perfect for the end of the meal!

I think this is Haneya's sake project using rice from other prefectures.
Wow,, it has a clean taste with elegant acidity from the sweetness of the rice.
Ummm, yummy.... It tastes exactly like Haneya's, and people who like "Kouki" will definitely like it. I really like Haneya's rich umami.
