A fresh, mellow, fruity and sweet bottle!
Light body with a slight greenish tinge.
The piquancy is a little bit reserved! The acidity is also moderate! This allows the mouth to be filled with smooth, juicy Muscat sweetness!
I think this may be the first time I've ever had such an elegant and dark Muscat! It's sweet and tasty, and on top of that, it has a strong sake flavor!
I wanted to go for the first time in Toyama, but I didn't have the courage to ask the waitress 🤣.

The aroma is gorgeous, with a freshly pressed aroma that is unique to the ultimate Shiboritate. The taste is fresh, with a strong acidity and gas, and a sweetness that makes you wonder what it would taste like if you drank it straight from the brewery's barrels.

Kura Master 2024 and 2025 1st prize winner in the Junmai-shu category.
The acidity is moderate and delicate! The soda-like taste on the tip of the tongue is immediately followed by the taste of the aroma of wealth.
At the back of the tongue, there is a hint of sourness, and a thin hint of sweetness like Mont Blanc 🤤.
It is easy to drink but has 16% alcohol! It's a dangerous drink😇.
As the day goes on, the depth of flavor develops and the taste of wealthy aroma on the tongue is pleasant 😋.
It makes you feel like you are tasting freshly cooked rice.
It's not so much the deliciousness of the sake, but the deliciousness of the flavor that is intoxicating 🥰.

Tai-meshi nigiri is a rice ball with tai rice, which is put in soup stock and loosened! Tai dashi chazuke (tai fish soup)!

I've only had Tsubasa 50, so I took this opportunity to try some more 🙂.
It's like you can drink it gubigubi in summer!

It has a slightly dry taste, but the moderate acidity and the fine flavor of Yamadanishiki are in harmony with the youthful freshness and crispness of the sake.
We enjoyed it with crab cakes!

The high acidity not only makes the sake spicy, but also gives the sake a strong umami taste of rice and a tight aftertaste, leading to a "graceful and bold" taste.

The new sake drips from the vat and is bottled as quickly as possible without filtration.
The juicy, white grape-inspired aroma and the complex interweaving of mellow flavor elements shine like a shining prism of seven colors. On the palate, unfiltered purity spreads gently and softly in the mouth. The mild acidity gently accompanies it, giving the impression that it is even more gorgeous than the usual Haneya, spreading brightly to the heart.
