Haneya純米吟醸 煌火
ちーすけ
This is a return gift from Furusato Tax.
Haneya seems to be Shimura Ken's favorite local sake before his death, and that alone made me look forward to it.
When I opened the bottle, I could clearly smell the sparkling ginjo aroma, just as the name suggests.
It has a very fresh and lush fruit-like flavor, so it is definitely delicious in a wine glass or something. (I drank it with a sake cup.)
It is amazing that sake, which is made from rice, can be made so fruity.
Personally, I prefer this kind of sake, but it may not be so popular among sake connoisseurs who like light and dry sake.
Pair it with yellowtail sashimi. It was a treat.
