禊萩(自生)
One more bottle. This time, I wanted to try a sake from Toyama Prefecture.
This is Haneya, a brand name of Tomikiku Sake Brewery in Toyama City.
I bought it at a liquor store in Takaoka City.
I heard a gushing sound when the bottle was opened, so I had high expectations.
The aroma is a gorgeous apple-type ginjo aroma.
The mouthfeel has a stimulating sensation on the tongue, followed by a refreshing acidity, from which the umami and sweetness of the rice gradually come through.
As the brand name suggests, it is light and easy to drink, like a feather or a wing.
We are grateful to have encountered a good sake.
