Kuroryu Gohyakumangoku, a seasonal product from Kuroryu, a famous sake brewery in Fukui Prefecture, is introduced. It is made with 50% polished rice from Gohyakumangoku grown in Fukui Prefecture. This special junmai daiginjo is only available in summer.
