It has a pleasantly clear acidity like white wine and a fruity aroma reminiscent of fruit wine. The thickening of the sake gives it depth, and the powerful flavor of the rice, typical of Yamada-Nishiki, lingers in the aftertaste. This Junmai Daiginjo-nama combines both freshness and richness at a high level, and is enjoyable both during meals and when enjoyed in close proximity.
This is a good one for New Year's Day again this year!
Not much aroma.
It has a firm umami and acidity with a moist sweetness.

This is a memorandum.
After the farewell party of the Mitzukai, I went to "Koujin" in Koi with the Mitzukai President for sake 🍶.
The first glass of sake was from Saga!
Sake in the home of famous water and fireflies
Shichida Junmai Ginjo Gohyakumangoku 50 Unfiltered Nama
Ingredients: Gohyakumangoku produced in Toyama Prefecture, Polishing ratio 50%, Alcohol 16%.
The first new sake in the Nanada series, this sake has both a juicy, crisp, moderate gassy taste and the rich flavor and sharpness that only Nanada can offer.
Shichida's new sake
There were two varieties, Yuyamanishiki and Gohyakumangoku, but I decided to go with the Yuyamanishiki one.
It had a smooth and fluffy mouthfeel.
It was soft and had a pleasantly bitter aftertaste.
Delicious!
